
MARK KAPCZYNSKI
Mark has worked across multiple industries and with many brands including Experian, FreeCreditReport.com, Microsoft, Enthusiast Gaming, Harte Hanks, BigCommerce, Wrench, Envestnet, Yodlee, Mimeo Photos, Revlon, Valassis, Energy Shares, OneRep, and others.
Mark has demonstrated expertise with many different business models, including DTC ecommerce, subscription revenues (DTC, B2B, B2B2C), API licensing, equity crowd-funding, content creation financing, ad revenue, and revenue sharing.
Mark is the Executive Director of the UCLA Venture Capital Fund, and a mentor at the LA Chamber of Commerce’s Bixel Exchange.

CRAIG GERMAN
Craig is a senior executive with transformative experience in the media and entertainment industry. His strong business, operations and technology acumen has been gained through roles and engagements with large studio and vendor enterprises, most notably his recent position as Head of Worldwide Post Production Operations for Amazon Studios, along with previous executive management roles with NBCUniversal, Paramount Pictures, and Technicolor. He also serves on the Board of the Hollywood Professionals Association, an organization dedicated to advancing the arts, science, and business of the media and entertainment industry.

JIM DECHANT
Jim has held several prominent leadership positions. Notably, he was the Head of Live Streaming Playback Operations at Amazon Prime Video, where he oversaw global live event streaming monitoring. He also served as VP of Technology for the News-Press & Gazette Company, responsible for the design and management of engineering and operations for 74 network affiliate stations. His experience further includes roles as a senior solutions architect at LTN Global Communications.
Jim has been actively involved in industry organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for the ATSC. He also created the NPG/NAB ATSC 3.0 test facility, which provides on-site and remote interoperability and facilitates use by developers globally.

JEFF BIEDERMAN
Jeff has practiced in most every aspect of the entertainment and media landscape including music, film, television, branding, fashion, advertising, video games and apps, as well as representing executives in these fields in their various employment agreements. Jeff’s clients include recording artists, producers, composers, managers, and executives in the music industry, as well as studios, publishing companies, production companies, actors, athletes, writers, models, designers, apparel and accessory companies, banks, venture capital companies, and advertising agencies, throughout the United States and internationally.
